10 steps guide on how to be fit and healthy

Here is a 10 steps guide on how to be fit and healthy:
1- Stop thinking about take the first step and make that first move. It doesn't have to be a big step forward, but just a simple changes that are going to push you to maintain that motivation toward your goal. Don't forget, baby steps.
2- Having a clear and realistic goal. It has to be personal, do not copy or shape your goal on someone else thinking or opinion. Your health, your goal, your reward.
3-Consistency is key. Being motivated is good, but it doesn't last forever; you have to stick to your promise and continue to apply those changes every single day.
4-Discipline is the most important factor to maintain that mindset and continue toward the finish line.
5-Healthy and simple diet. I would not call it "dieting", but a more mindful and wise nutrition. It doesn't have to be tasteless and boring food. You choose to treat yourself with good nutriment based on your preferences by doing some researches on how to reproduce your favourite meals in a healthy way.
6-Dont go easy on water. In fact, hydration is one component of your journey (and in life in general) that is misunderstood. You need to drink enough water, at least 2 L a day (it depends on everyone metabolism, activities, work...). Sometimes you think you are hungry, but your body is just dehydrated. Water is essential.
7-Start moving. Don't be discouraged, I am not telling you to start right now a membership to a gym or go for a 10 km run. First, go out for a walk every day (30 min at least); then choose an activity that you love. If you love bodybuilding, go to a gym; if not, choose another activity that suits you and going to push towards your goals.
8-Sleep and recovery. Don't forget to have enough sleep every single day. A good night of sleep is a game changer to get things done and stay on track.
9-Tracking your results. Take a photo every week to keep you motivated. Have a diary to wrote things you have done so far; this way you are going to see how mush effort you have done and how much you have accomplished.
10- Medical advice. If you have any health issues or restriction that prevents you to do all the things before said, consults a professional to get help.
There are no excuses, only solutions.
